Orders will ship Monday-Thursday. If you need Friday shipping for Saturday Delivery please contact us before placing your order. Orders placed before 1PM CST will ship same day, orders placed after will ship the following day.
DOA Policy.
If a coral arrives dead, please send us a clear picture within one hour of delivery. We will NOT accept blurry or non visible pictures.
If the package delivery is missed, we will not offer our DOA policy. You MUST be there to receive the package.

We offer a 24 hour live guarantee from the time of delivery.
Shipping Policy.
We are NOT responsible for shipping delays, mishandled packages, or missed deliveries. We will do all we can to ensure the corals are packaged as safe as possible with the appropriate heat/cool packs.
